How long is coaching?

All coaching packages are six months in length.

Real transformation takes time. This coaching experience is designed to help you create lasting change through faith, healing, stewardship, and sustainable habits, not quick fixes.

What's the difference between coaching and mentorship?

Wellness Coaching combines faith-centered support, habit coaching, accountability, fitness programming, nutrition guidance, and personalized strategy.

Wellness Mentorship is designed for women seeking guidance, encouragement, healing, and support as they navigate a new season of life.

If you're unsure which option is best, we'll determine the right fit together during the application process.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?

No.

While my coaching is faith-centered and rooted in biblical principles, women in various stages of their faith journey are welcome.

My goal is to create a supportive space where women can grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

 

Is fitness included in coaching?

Yes.

Wellness Coaching includes personalized fitness programming tailored to your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and available equipment. However, coaching goes beyond fitness and focuses on the whole person including mindset, healing, stewardship, habits, and personal growth.

Do you provide meal plans?

No.

Instead of restrictive meal plans, I provide nutrition education and guidance designed to help you build sustainable habits and make informed choices that support your wellness goals.

How does Voxer support work?

Clients have access to Voxer support Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST.

Messages are typically answered within 24 business hours.

Voxer is intended for coaching support, questions, encouragement, accountability, and celebrating wins between sessions.

 

What if I don't know which service is right for me?

That's completely okay.
